Dr. Telhami is a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. He has been associate professor of government and director of the Near Eastern Studies Program at Cornell University and a Visiting Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and he is on the Board of Human Rights Watch. Dr. Telhami holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University.
