Areas of Expertise
The Gulf
Dr. Peck has taught at the University of Tennessee and was a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard's Center for Middle Eastern Studies. He was Arabian Peninsula Affairs Analyst at the U.S. Department of State (1981-83). His most recent publication is the Historical Dictionary of the Gulf Arab States (1997). Dr. Peck holds a Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
