Mr. De Marino served both in the Bush Administration, as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Africa, the Near East and South Asia, as well as in the Reagan Administration as Director of the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Joint Economic Commission. Presently, he advises several corporations and investment groups on the emerging markets in the Middle East. Mr. De Marino is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
