Dr. Moore is a senior analyst with the "Representation and Influencing of Adversaries" (RIA) section at DRDC-Toronto. He has written extensively on the Middle East, including articles on Iraq and Israeli-Palestinian water entitlements, both appearing in past issues of Middle East Policy. He has a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an LL.M. in International Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
