Mr. Hegghammer has a M.Phil in Middle Eastern Studies from Oxford University. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. Mr. Hegghammer speaks English, French and Arabic and has conducted extensive fieldwork in Saudi Arabia and other parts of the Middle East.
