For more than two decades, the nuclear issue has overshadowed Iran’s foreign policy, becoming a major crisis in international politics. On the one hand, great powers and some regional countries are concerned about the military dimension of Iran’s nuclear program; on the other hand, Iran is pursuing its nuclear rights confirmed by the International Atomic Energy Agency. The challenge has encountered ups and downs in recent years, from the nuclear deal in 2015 to the verge of war between Iran and the United States during Donald Trump’s presidency. This background has obscured the future of nuclear Iran’s dossier. Accordingly, this research aims to address possible scenarios facing the parties. Based on the current realities, it concludes that the best possible option is returning to the nuclear deal signed in 2015. If both sides fulfill their commitments, it will pave the way for resolving other disputes.
